Billy was a local machinist. Not to be confused with Billy D, a blackmailed Deputy US Marshal.[1]
He was married to Connie.
He had a machine shop. He paid Steve Sharp for welding a cracked engine head. He was a "skinny little guy with a gimpy leg".[2]
He helped Steve manufacture a new welding head.[3]
